There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.

BCK BRIGHT CRAFTS reserves the right to deny credit to any applicant or revoke terms at any time. In the event BCK BRIGHT CRAFTS is required to employ counsel to enforce these terms and conditions, BCK shall recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in any litigation.

 

Any orders received before 10:00 AM are usually shipped the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Shipping can be delayed beyond one day.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by BCK BRIGHT CRAFTS or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Should the shipping charges differ greatly in price the extra charge may be charged to you at BRIGHT CRAFTS desecration.

 

BRIGHT CRAFTS allows customers to return any item within 14 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

 

BRIGHT CRAFTS works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, save all packaging materials that arrived with your order then contact us no later than 72 hours after receiving such order.

 

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

By acceptance of the item, purchaser agrees that BRIGHT CRAFTS shall have or has no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, injury damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the item. 

Should any shipments be confiscated, BRIGHT CRAFTS will be held harmless, and assume no liability for the merchandise.
